The LivingEZ offers FREE SHIPPING to U.S. and Canada and no minimum purchases required.

  1. We process orders within 24 hours. Keep in mind that we’re closed on Saturday, Sunday and national holidays.
  2. Orders are then shipped via Fedex Ground or United States Postal Service. When your product ships, you’ll receive another email with the tracking information. 
  3. If your order includes multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages and at different times.

 

International Shipping

We regret that we do not ship outside the U.S. at this time for orders placed LivingEZ.co ,but don't worry we are planing offer wouldwide Shipping very soon.

Return

LivingEZ hopes that you will be pleased with your Product. However, if for any reason you decide to return a Product that you purchased from our Site, you must notify LivingEZ (800-829-1885, customerservice@Housingez.com) and return the Product to us within thirty (30) days from the date the Product was purchased. LivingEZ will not accept returns of Products purchased from other retailers. Those Products are subject to that retailer’s return policies and LivingEZ disclaims any liability with respect to the return of such Products.

Additionally, LivingEZ will not accept a return if the Product

  • is not purchased from our Site 
  • is not in its original condition (unopened, unmarked and in saleable condition)with all original cords, adapters, documentation, accessories and packaging
  • is returned from outside of the country where the Product was originally shipped to by LivingEZ

LivingEZ does not take title to returned Products until the Product is received by LivingEZ. Once the Product you are returning has been received and processed, LivingEZ will issue a refund to the original payment method used to purchase the Product. LivingEZ is only able to issue a refund to the payment method used by the purchaser. The refund amount will include the purchase price of the returned Product and any associated sales tax. Unless prohibited by law, any shipping and handling charges paid for the original purchase will not be refunded.

 How to Return

Ship your return merchandise to the address provided by LivingEZ, using the shipper of your choice. 

Limited One Year Warranty

This Limited Warranty applies only if you purchased LivingEZ product from an Authorized Resellr and is valid only in the original country of purchase. Buying through an unautho-rized reseller or using this product outside the original country of purchase willautomatically voids this warranty.

This warranty is available to consumers only.You are a consumer if you own a LivingEZ product through retail purchase for personal, family or household use. Except as otherwise required under applicable law, this wrranty is not available to retailers or other commercial purchasers or owners.

We warrant that your LivingEZ product to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal residential use and conditions, for a period of one(1) year for the original invoice date.

Customer will be required to present original proof of purchase in order to obtain the warranty benefits.In the event that you do not have proof of purchase date, the purchase date for purposes of this warranty will be the date of manufacture. If your LivingEZ product should prove to be defectve within the warranty period, we will repair it or, f we consider it necessary, replace it.
